The first thing i did was crop the picture so the only thing showing would be the letters of my name and change it to black and white. then but the pictures together in a templet to put the name all in one. I struggled a little on putting the picture in the templet together since i have a lot of letters in my name it was some what confusing. I was proud to figure out at the end how it would look. What i like about my artwork was trying to find the letters to my name. I think i could have improved on searching for better letters for my name.
My ten year goal would be to have my own beauty salon and working as a cosmetologist. My salon is located in Los angeles. In this day i am in the middle of finishing up with a costumer. i also have celebrities coming into my salon. At this point i have my own family, husband and children. This is one of my happiest moments in my life. If i were to be a celebrity, i would like to be Jennifer Lopez because she is a hard working artist and she came from being a young girl from the block to being one of the huge female celebrity. Also because at her age she still has that energy to give to her fans and still looking great. In this photograph i am Jennifer Lopez, i am a singer and actor . Here i am at the billboard 2014 music awards.
To photograph the moon:
1. Use a tripod! A flat surface will only allow you to shoot straight, and shooting the moon means that you'll be shooting up and constantly re-adjusting the tripod as the moon moves throughout the night. 2. Use a shutter release cord, remote or the camera's self timer if you don't have one, so that you don't move the camera when pressing the shutter release during a long exposure. 3. Use a zoom lens and zoom in as much as you can to the moon. It's okay if it's not a super fancy lens, this was shot using a 15 year old $100 lens. Focus in on the craters and details on the moon. 4. ISO 1250- 1600, so that you can use as fast a shutter speed as you can without losing detail-the longer the shutter speed, the more chances you have the camera will shake even slightly in the wind, resulting in an out of focus photograph. 5. Aperture priority of f/5.6 since you are not worried about capturing any details other then the moon. 6. Bracket your exposure, meaning over expose and underexpose the photograph from what the camera is telling you. Generally the camera will overexpose the moon, so you'll get nothing but a white blob in the sky. Use the exposure compensation button (the +/- button below the shutter release) and change the exposure to -0.5, then -1.0, then -1.5 and so on, until you start seeing detail in the moon. You may go as far as -5.0 exposure compensation to get what you need. 7. Take a fair amount of photos and keep refocusing as the night progresses. The photographs may look focused on the camera's display, but you won't really see if they're completely in focus until you upload them onto your computer screen. 2) The struggle i had was trying to get a good photograph with the water baloons popping. 3) The top three things i learned about shutter speed are it is utilized to freeze movement of a subject, shutter speed is exposed as fractions of seconds, and water movement can be emphasized with long exposure. 4) Fast shutter speed can also be used for light painting, motion. My picture shows a form of respect as my two classmates are saluting each other. My artwork is about two people showing respect to each other just how soldiers show respect to their commanders when they walk into the room. Saluting each other shows that both of them have respect for one another. I changed the color of the sweater to the color red, representing red ribbon week.
I used the photo shop app and duplicated the picture. Then I made the photograph black and white. Also since I had to make the sweater go from black to red. It was a little difficult but it ended up turning out good with a nice shade of red. |
